Sheila Work

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2003. My appreciation of osteopathy began back in the late 1980s when I started consulting an Osteopath in London. My Osteopath was later to become an influential teacher.

Since graduating, my passion for osteopathy has continued to grow and I have enhanced my skills both in the UK and USA. In 2009 I gained a Masters degree in Paediatric Osteopathy from The Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy. During this study programme I had invaluable experience working at The Osteopathic Centre for Children in London for one day a week for two years.

My appetite for exploring the concepts of Osteopathy has led me into teaching osteopathy to undergraduate osteopath students both in the UK and overseas.

I treat babies and young children as well as adults and I have a specialist interest in working with trauma.

Charlotte Hunt

I'm Charlotte, a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Sport and Exercise Science graduate with a huge passion for helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.

I am a highly motivated, dedicated and super passionate coach who really cares. I pride myself in tailoring programs specifically for you. I am the founder of Hunt Fitness UK with eight years experience as a trainer.

I believe in supporting you to feel empowered to improve your physical health through exercise. The Hunt Fitness Community focuses on encouragement, support and ongoing motivation when you need it. Our community supports one another and everyone I work with is on their own journey whilst supporting one another.

The benefits of exercise on our mental health is evidential because when we exercise we release dopamine and serotonin in our brains which can help with anxiety, depression and many other mental health issues.

Creativity is within all of us and has a wonderfully therapeutic effect, whether through examining, studying, learning new mediums, exploring or absorbing yourself in the moment. Silence from that ever chatty critic in your mind and just enjoying being relaxed. By joining us at the art studio you will experience a warm welcome. We offer supportive classes for both children and adults. I believe that every child has the inner ability to grow and flourish through art. Time, nurturing and help when they need reassuring really helps children blossom in confidence, imagination and skills. I adore seeing so many little artists enjoy their time with us and take pride in their creations no matter what their ability.

Our classes are for the beginner through to the experienced artist. Retreat days, workshops and evening drink and draw classes are great fun and full of creativity. I am a self taught artist with 15 years TV graphic design experience. I believe that art truly is an essential part of our lives and a great hobby to dip in and out of when you need it. Our door is always open here at Glorious & Creative Studios, come and see our world of magical art!
