Parent Consultations
“Over the past 10 years as a child therapist, I’ve supported countless children with emotional and behavioural challenges. But what I’ve witnessed just as often is the silent struggle of parents — doing their very best with little guidance, often feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and burnt out. Without the right support, this stress can take a serious toll on mental health and family life.
I’m deeply passionate about helping parents feel more equipped, confident, and supported. When parents are empowered, children thrive — and life at home becomes more balanced and connected. My goal is to offer practical, compassionate input that strengthens families, reduces stress, and helps everyone feel more understood”
